This course offers an explanation of Abu Shuja's chapter on marriage and divorce, taught by Dr. Muaadh Alzabidi, who is one of only three people in the United States with a doctorate degree from the Islamic University of Madinah's Faculty of Shari'ah. Dr. Alzabidi will highlight points of agreement and divergence with other schools of thought, particularly where significant differences of opinion exist. This makes the course essential for anyone seeking to understand rulings on marriage, divorce, custody, alimony, and other related matters.
